1. Be careful with loans
When you get loans make sure you get them with all your needs in mind. Quite often you can consolidate them into one place and pay them off cheaper. Do the research.

2. Mortages should be paid off early
The statistics are amazing. If you pay off mortgages using bigger payments the whole thing will be a lot less cheaper. Interest rates kill you. The more you can pay off earlier the better. If you have holiday money and you don’t really want a holiday then pay off some more of the mortgage.

3. Pick insurance carefully
Do you need every type of insurance on the market? Find out whether you need 3rd party or full comprehensive. The payments are expensive so make sure you aren’t paying for more than you need.

4. Save every week
Every week you should put money away into a long-term savings account. Let it accumulate. This tip is cash money.
