What is the easiest way to retire rich? What is the easiest way to retire early?

Start your own business? Win the lottery? Become a gun stock investor?

No.

It is much easier than all of that. You just need to keep studying. I know, I know. Not very sexy answer. But, it is the right answer. Studies clearly show that the strongest positive correlation between job and material success is education. If you want to guarantee yourself a comfortable retirement, all you really need to worry about is increasing your skill set.

Now, having said that, you can gain skills in lots of different areas, but you want to be smart and savvy about where you target your learning goals. There is probably not as much upside to spending hours and hours on under water basket weaving courses as say enrolling in CCNA certification training or some other top flight IT course.
