Mac Games

One of the things that I have found frustratingly difficult in recent times is to find some decent kids mac games that do not either involve shooting and grenades and rocket launchers.. not that I am necessarily opposed to a good rocket launching PC game.. more is that I do not like the graffic blood and guts result of said rocket launching that is preferred by most of the games’s creators these days.. and also how most of the games keep their programming current by using targets that are “terrorists” or something similar.. just my perspective. Anyway.. I wanted to post up today because I came across this site that has some simple games like mahjong and mac solitaire that are great for the kids for the fore mentioned reasons.. and because the games are simple and easy to play.. the little tackers can learn the games without too much “help” from Dad (which is preferred.. because they already know all about compooters and stuff man!).

The problem I have had in the past when surfing for mac games was two fold. One, there did not seem to be a whole lot of decent stuff out there.. it took me ages to find sites that were not just selling the games.. even from searches for “free games”. And second, when I did manage to find some games that looked good, I would invariably inherit some extra piece of “sponsorship” material associated with the game that could only be termed “adware” (malware if you are being cynical).

Which is why I wanted to post up this site. (Linked above..) The downloads are clean and the games are good. Simple. As it should be!
