I do most of the cooking for my little family. Evenings are a very busy time, with home-work, bathes, catching up and that sort of thing, so it is my contribution to the family to do the meals.

I love cooking, it is fun for me. But, one thing that I find a little stressful is finding the inspiration for different meals. I never cooked much before I met my wife, so I have very little recipe inventory to draw on in the dark recesses of my imagination.

So thank god for the internet, is all I can say. With a little planning and research I can keep my hungry hordes in fine food and tasty meal options with pretty much a minimum of fuss. Check these salad recipes as an example of a great site I found that has a MASSIVE database of recipes and cooking ideas. Really takes a lot of the stress out of the process for me, knowing I can load up this site and I will be hard pressed to run out of ideas for the entire duration of this lifetime. Brilliant!
