I am a big fan of alcohol rehabilitation. There have been a few people in my family who have had problems with alcohol and I know how hard it can be to live with. I am also a fitness fanatic and as such believe that we should look after our precious human body as it presents us with so many opportunities. When alcohol becomes more than a enjoyment and steps into the realm of addiction one journeys into a very dark place. Family and friends move away from you because you always put the addiction first.
