Everybody wants to own their home. However with recent market trends in the United States and elsewhere it seems that interest rates are going up and owning a home is not going to be as easy as it used to be.

Many people are deciding to do a sell house rent back scheme where they sell their house and rent it back so that they can stay in their home while avoiding massive mortgage payments and freeing up a little bit of cash. Let’s face it; with petrol prices the way they are families do not have a lot of money floating around for food, clothes, schooling, etc. Perhaps owning a house by paying off a huge mortgage isn’t as ideal as it used to be.
