What is your business plan?

Do you have a business plan? Are you definite about your future goals and prospects? A lot of businesses don’t have definite goals and sort of meander along with the casual view of making profit. This is not good enough.

Some of the type of goals you need to address are:

• what levels of growth do you want to experience?
• do you want to expand to other cities, states, countries?
• are you trying to benefit customers or shareholders?
• etc.

Make sure your business, no matter how big or small, has some very definite goals.
