Wordpress is the best blogging platform

There is a bit of a debate going around at the moment about which blogging platform is the best. The contenders are usually between:

• blogger
• typepad
• wordpress

However, there are also some new contenders entering into the market. Some people are saying that new guys are going to take over wordpress but I really cannot see it with all the amazing plugins and features that are available. What do you think?
